Commons uses your phone number. Enter it on the sign-in screen and we'll text you a one-time verification code. If the code doesn't arrive within a minute, check your signal and tap "Resend," or email us and we'll help.
Tap your avatar in the top corner to open your profile, then tap the photo circle (or "Add photo" / "Change photo"). You can choose an existing photo from your library or take a new one with your camera. Commons only accesses your camera or photos when you tap that button, and only to set your profile picture.
Open any event and tap RSVP to let others know you're going, or the bookmark icon to save it to your "My events" list for later. You can change or cancel an RSVP at any time from the same screen.
Allow location access when prompted, or set your ZIP code in your profile. Commons uses your approximate location only to show what's happening nearby — never to track you.
Email support@joincommons.app with a description (and a screenshot if you have one). We take safety seriously and review every report, usually the same day.
In the app, tap your avatar → scroll to the bottom of your profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, RSVPs, saves, and friends list. Prefer email? Write to support@joincommons.app from the phone number on your account and we'll handle it manually within 24 hours.
Yes. Commons is currently free to use. We don't collect payment information.
